Ibiza at Heart are experienced in working across a wide range of venues and event formats, from intimate wedding celebrations to large scale corporate events and festivals. The technical approach is designed to be flexible, professional, and appropriate to the scale of the event.

Weddings and Smaller Venues

For weddings and private events held in venues with a capacity of up to 250 guests, Ibiza at Heart are fully self contained. The band provide professional sound and lighting suitable for creating a true club style atmosphere without the need for external suppliers.

‍

This means couples do not need to worry about hiring additional production or coordinating multiple suppliers. Everything required for the performance is included and managed as part of the booking, keeping the process simple and stress free.

‍

Lighting plays an important role in the Ibiza at Heart show. Dynamic lighting and controlled use of haze are used to enhance the atmosphere and give the performance a genuine club feel, while remaining appropriate for wedding venues.

Larger UK Events and Production Support

‍

For larger UK events, including weddings over 250 guests, corporate events, festivals, and awards ceremonies, additional production support is required.

‍

Ibiza at Heart work with an approved production partner who understands the band’s show and can offer preferential rates to Ibiza at Heart clients. However, the band are equally happy to work with a production company of your choice. Flexibility and collaboration are key.

‍

In these cases, sound, lighting, staging, and haze are supplied by the appointed production company to ensure the technical delivery matches the scale and expectations of the event.

Sound and Audio Requirements

‍

A professional grade PA system is essential for all Ibiza at Heart performances. The music relies on impact, clarity, and low end energy, and the system must be capable of delivering consistent sound coverage across the space.

‍

For events using external production, system specification will be agreed during the technical advance to ensure suitability for the venue and audience size.

‍

Lighting and Haze

‍

Lighting is a core part of the Ibiza at Heart experience. The show is designed to work with dynamic lighting states and controlled haze to create depth, movement, and atmosphere.

‍

For externally produced events, appropriate lighting fixtures and haze capability should be included as part of the production package. This will be detailed during the technical advance.

Technical Advancing and Documentation

‍

A full technical rider is supplied upon booking for production partners, venues, and house technicians. This includes stage layout, input lists, power requirements, and technical specifications.

‍

Where required, digital show files can be provided in advance for house engineers. This allows seamless integration with venue systems and ensures consistency of the show across different locations.

‍

All technical liaison is handled directly by the band’s management team, removing pressure from clients and ensuring clear communication between all parties.
